Stress Study
There are a number of scientific techniques, like mindfulness, CBT, Bias Modification that can help to reduce stress, lower anxiety and boost your mood. In this study, we will be finding out what happens when you combine all these techniques in one.
What's it about?
The purpose of this research study is to measure the effectiveness of mixed-method, computer-based therapy for the treatment of chronic stress and anxiety.
Who can participate?
We are looking for adults aged 18 - 50 who are experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and are not receiving any psychiatric medication. Participants should own or have have access to an IOS or Android smartphone – e.g. iPhone or Samsung.
How long will it take?
The study will take 7 days to complete. Treatment will be delivered via a smartphone app. Participants will be asked to complete an online test to measure anxiety and stress levels, before and after using the app.
